Unit 4 Identify aims and audience of interactive products

I am building a website for my magazine called NAR Mag and I will need to address the legal and ethical issues. Offence and Copyright-  For my legal and ethical issue, I have to make sure that none of my images clips or videos are copyrighted this is because Im not legally allowed to use copyrighted contents and if I do so without permission from the owner they can take legal action against me and my sited the way I can avoid this is by asking for permission before using the product or just creating my own product to avoid the copyright law. An ethical issue would be that I need to make sure that my site doesn't offend anyone especially people in my target demographic for website such as having content that could be viewed as racist or homophobic and the way to avoid this is by getting multiple people from different cultures and religions as ask them to use the website and let me know if there is anything that offends them. This top image shows the image after the optimisation this was achieved by changing the dimensions of of the image which drastically changed the KBs of the image  I did this to reduce image size so that it would be easier for the website to load the images and that is the reason for optimising them as it helps the site load a lot quicker. The reason we do this is to reduce the stress on the clients server as if the images aren't optimized they could make the serever slower meaning and overall slow website and the reason we do this for the end user is because it will reduce the load time if there internet connection is slow and make it easier for them to access the site.
